just ambling up the main drag here in Alderley, thinking...my, this looks like quite a pleasant place! when what should I spy in the car park of somerfields but no less than 5...that's 5 Aston DB9's!

...there are lots of people with piles of cash and a good head for cars hereabouts, I may just have to investigate living here simply to ogle the cars!

...poor wickle Lotus didn't raise a smidgen of desire compared to these beauties.. hehe

so, first impressions of cheshire? Nice! thumbup

I think they're going the way of the Conti GT in that I generally see several every day. Usually the AM dealer in Derby has a few cars on the front, but just lately there are more and more of them, now they have taken up the disused Audi dealership compound too. Stacks of them, like a Ford main dealer compound.

You'd think they'd keep them hidden off site to help with the exclusivity wouldnt you?

just nipped out for a coffee and spotted a black F430 on the kerb with it's wheels turned outside costa. seems people treat exotica here without the usual deference eek

An alternative to ticking the "sports body kit" option box.....

Is Stratsone still in Elderly Hedge? I heard it had moved since I left Manc.

so, drinkies in AE on...1st march or similar?

Saw the article myself, so been to look for the Express Advertiser in the recycle bag - found about 6 copies of Autocar - HOW DARE SHE RECYCLE THEM -- SACRALIDGE
Anyway - no paper, but do remember it's been organised by the guy who owns / runs No15 Wine Bar. Seems like a v good excuse to go there one evening for eats!

right, nipped in to the garage next door and found the number. the fact that it's been in the paper and stuck up on bill posters all round cheshire leads me to suppose that the owner of the number (having invited callers) will not mind me posting up the number:

so, call 07860 434271 for more info on the car club slthough I can tell you the the inagural meeting is at the (surprise!) No. 15 wine bar although I forget the date
