Reputable builders near Knutsford/Mere

Hi all, quick query...

As the title says, does anybody know any reputable builders in the Knutsford/Mere/anywhere-around-there area? I'm looking at buying a property that would probably benefit from an extension and could do with finding somebody reliable (and preferably cheap as this is partially as an investment) to help give me an idea of the scale of the work involved.

Cheers for the replies guys - off to see the property on Thursday but, given the fact it doesn't even have central heating fitted yet, it's safe to say there's a LOT that would need doing to it! Will yell if anything comes of it...

Unfortunately, I think the one in Mere I was looking at before needs about £150k+ of work doing to it (i.e. it needs rebuilding). Currently tending towards a spot in Mobberley, though, that should only need a five figure sum throwing at it to make it habitable. *sheds tears at the house prices in Cheshire*
