What's flying over York at the moment?

Absolutely thunderous noise to the point the windows rattled!!! Can't see anything for low cloud

sounded like just the one place, but incredibly loud...I wondered whether it could be the Vulcan?

This is going on again at 12.30pm today....the cloud cover is most annoying, but certainly sounds heavy duty

happening again today, but not so loud, so probably flying higher! Definately sounds jet based, really deep rumble, typically cloudy again so not able to spot!!

happening again this morning and managed to catch a glimpse through the cloud cover.....single fighter jet sized plane that did not appear to be doing much "jigging about a la Top Gun" but still sounded thunderous!!!

20 minutes later and it's back!

sorry to bounce this back, but it's at it again today. Probably the last 20 minutes there has been rumbling, with it becoming louder and fainter.....anyone provide a definitive answer to this puzzle....as usual there is cloud cover so not much to see!!!!

Finally got to see them this morning, two jets playing chase me,chase me over York. Stunning to see and hear!!
