Big white radar (?) sphere things near A59 (?)

Hello people of Yorkshire.

We were driving to Skipton on Thursday evening and saw these big white sphere things.

I saw a sign nearby to (I think) RAF Menwith Hill but I can't figure out from Google Maps what we would have been seeing.
