Commercial property - Leeds - anyone?

Hello gents,

A friend is looking for some quite specific commercial property in Leeds, is anyone in this market?


No specific square footage in mind but the unit will be for a Krav Maga school. It doesn't need to be in any way prepared for this kind of activity (he has friends who can fit it out) but it needs to be large enough for 2/3 750+ sq/ft studios, room to build a maze/killing room, room to build ladies & gents changing room inc loos and showers, parking. It also needs to be pretty easily accessible as students come in from all over the place inc York, Sheffield, Newcastle etc.
