Diesels are fine biggrin

I've been busy with work but will drop by tomorrow to see what dates they have available.

Looking at a Saturday in June. My suggestions are either 4th June or 11th June

Need a minimum of 10 cars, as it stands we have 3 but I might be able to convince a mate or two. Anyone else interested?

I'm up for it, I came to the last one and have some mods since then so we can see the difference smile
Good stuff, added you to the list. Halfway there, anyone got a mate or two who wants a run? biggrin

Updated the first post. 4th June is the better date for me so will go with that. I'll drop by RS Tuning on Tuesday to get it booked.

11th is good for me got a wedding on the 4thfrown
Could you make it on the 4th if you went on the rollers first?

pah250 said:
I'd like to roll please. Can do either date.

VXR8 GTS
Good stuff, don't suppose any of the chaps from last time want to make it out again? Would love to see the supercharged one on the rollers again!

Unfortunately I'm leaving early on the 4th, family wedding you how these things drag onfrown so have to pass on this occasion I'm sure you'll all have a great time.
Sadly I'm all too familiar with how long they drag on. Will probably be arranging another late August / early September so will let you know.

Notorious for being a very low reading rolling road and upsetting people hehe For example, I had a printout for 360hp with my car, it made 342hp on RS tunings rolling road thumbup
I'd rather it reads under instead of over. I'll be using it as a benchmark and then using the same rollers after any future upgrades.

Cant 100% commit, but put me down as a maybe and I'll try and bring along the Cayman (interested to see how close to factory it is).

StottyEvo said:
yes A low reading hints at it being closer to the truth than some of the more optimistic rolling roads.
Yup. I'm interested in seeing what the whp difference is between the NA 5.0 in my ISF and the supercharged 5.0 in my brothers XFR.

Anyone else interested? 2 people short as it stands...

Slight issue chaps. Went in to pay the deposit and confirm the booking only to be told that they are now closed on Saturday 4th June as they are attending the French Car Show. A tad annoying given that they previously claimed that date was fine.

The alternative dates are Saturday 11th or Saturday 18th June. Any preferences?

Can more turn up and pay on the day or is it booking only? I have about 4 friends who are maybe's at the moment and probably more will come out of the woodwork nearer the day!
More on the day should be fine but I think they want to keep an eye on numbers in advance. I can always add them to the maybe list? Will be running in order of drivetrain on the day.

Whats order of drivetrain mean ?? Hope fully im 1st or 2nd.
If I'm to go I wont be able wait around all day either and the GT4 is RWD.....so RWD first please biggrin
Hmm now this will be a pain. Last time round we did FWD/AWD/RWD as that's the order RS Tuning suggested. As it stands the breakdown is 1 FWD/5 AWD and 4 RWD. I'll speak to RS Tuning and see what order they would want to run in.

You wouldn't have to be there for 09:00 on the dot if you don't fancy waiting about?

That's fine. I've already left a deposit with them so all you need to do is pay on the day. If you could let me know how many other Supras can make it then that would be great.

No it's just a generic list. It's likely to be all wheel drive cars first, then front wheel and finally rear wheel. Will confirm with them on Tuesday.

If its ok to add a name, a friend of mine would like to come in his Classic STI. I may be in the Evo or my 106 GTi, not sure which I'll be bring yet! Skewed towards the GTi to be honest, its on throttle boddies but IMO slow as hell! The RR run could be useful for troubleshooting.
Done. Finally reached the minimum number!

It looks like I'll be coming with three friends if thats ok, so in total:

Stotty - Peugeot 106 GTi
Dale - Impreza Type RA
Stevo - Impreza WRX wagon
Ginner - Impreza WRX STI

Any idea what time its kicking off and how long it will last? Dale & Stevo should be working until 1pm
Starts at 09:00 and it's AWD first. They have said it should be alright to have the other two Imprezas run at the end.

Any idea how much they will charge to setup my boost controller properly?
Currently my low boost is 1.3BAR and I want my high boost at 1.4, I have set it up but not sure if its correct.
You should phone them and ask 01132436444 ,
Didn't get a chance to speak to the mechanics but as Alan has said you can give them a call to check, just mention you are wanting it done during the dyno day this Saturday

is there a clearance level or certain height your car has to be ?
I might raise my car a little, its not slammed but do not want to risk it.
We had a few cars that were lowered last time, didn't have any issues.
