Construction Site Just off the A1 around J47 - what is it?

Hi Guys,
Anybody know what's being built just off the A1 just before you get to junction 47 (southbound)?
I've driven past it a couple of times now and there's a few heavy lift cranes which seem to be a permanent fixture, but can't see what's actually being built through the trees.
Bit of a random one but now I've noticed it I'd like to know what it is.
