Sports cars in the park @ Newby Hall - 8th May
Discussion
Hi,
Usual gathering of sports and interesting cars at Newby Hall on the 8th May.
We have nearly 300 cars with just over a week to go (last year 300 registered in the last week!).
We have 563 at Newby in 2015, including a large pistonheads group.
Full details at www.sportscarsinthepark.co.uk make sure you select pistonheads from the club list

Just doing my day job so pics are uploaded to the server but yet to be added to the gallery.....
Newby are bumping our event to full site now, so we get our own entrance. The public will have to park outside the fence giving us a lot more room. Looking at ways of speeding up entry so engines dont get too hot.
Glad everyone enjoyed it.

I got one for a classic car show at croft I think, I didn't read it, just what I saw as I was screwing it up.
I saw/heard Chris (I think) on the radio telling the others to be on the lookout... He wasn't happy!
It was a fantastic day out and Next Newby Hall event will be better. We will have the exit to ourselves and a way for people to upgrade there ticket on the website as well as late tickets (Lates will be a mixed sportcar area). We also get the full display area next year, scary!! So we should have even more space I saw/heard Chris (I think) on the radio telling the others to be on the lookout... He wasn't happy!
Flyers cause litter, which i am responsible for so i have to clean them up. I don't allow them unless they contribute to the event ie. Leeds supercar meet/Dreamcar event was approved.
To me, its like someone going out for a meal an expecting others to pay.
