Tyre damage/pins on Leeds Road, Harrogate

Bit of a long shot this one but this morning, I discovered that all 4 of my tyres have had pins stuck in them - did anyone spot anything by any chance last night?

I was parked, admittedly, on the wide path (I've never had trouble before) and wasn't causing an obstruction.

It was on Leeds Road in Harrogate, next to Mark's church and its a Saab 9-3 on a 57 plate...
