M606/M62 2+ Lane

Anyone know if the 2+ lane that joins the M606 to the M62 e/b is enforced by cameras? I see loads of people using it with only themselves onboard. It would save a lot of queing

I should say that those are I believe ANPR cameras.

Which coincidentally went up at same time as the +2 lane?

Did they? I wasn't living in Yorkshire when this 2+ lane opened, but they have the same cameras on the M621 and the other parts of the Chain Bar jct which is why I assumed ANPR.

The roadworks have now finished on that stretch and the lane is now operational again.
