I had to pay 30p to go for a slash in St Andrews at the weekend.

They don't even state how long the ticket is valid for or if it's transferable.

If that book started at 1 that's 280,000 pounds worth of slash!

Thanks, now I'm going to have to estimate the likely diameter of the roll of tickets.

Just been on a visit back home to the Lake District, the toilets on the Glebe in Bowness cost 40p a visit.

So there, trumped.
Wow! That's outrageous.

That's number two prices that is.

So ...

P.S. Don't make a fart gag out of that.
I sit here alone,
I'm broken hearted,
Paid forty pence,
And I only farted.

They've been doing this for several years now. I remember going in 2012 and thinking it was ridiculous as the toilets were still pretty rank!
I hope you kept the ticket in case you have to go again.

Can you bulk buy a book of tickets for a discount?

What about trying to get hold of a matching roll and start touting them for 25p just down the road?
I like it!

Aye, and there was a knitted cover over the spare roll.

No Ross, these ones.

I noticed a blue Caterham in the car park at the time.

Was there late last year out of season for most tourists. €2 now
Last time I was there, it ponged like maybe quite a few people were choosing to save their money.

Once the Jocks vote yes, that'll be 30 Jockpence or 5p English laugh
Never mind that. I don't doubt you'll be at the front of the queue when Fife Council advertise the job of "Holder of the Schmeckels".

Schmeckles.
I need both hands to get a grip on mine.
As my bank balance grows with my hugely successful asset stripping business, so does my schmeckle!
30p for a whizz is small change to me. I could afford 50p.
Although £1 would be too much as I'd have no change to buy an Irn Bru.
I don't think you have a grasp of what asset stripping is.

I don't think you have a grasp of very much - apart from your own schmeckel.

I'm sorry to hear that you anticipate being an economic migrant though.

Nice to know that Scottish independence won't interfere with your cottaging. smile

It appears Easter Sunday is local bonus slash for nowt day, as there was no attendant, and a sign in place stating the facilities could be used for free, sort of try before you come back and buy.
So why didn't you post here immediately then?

I'd have driven down there for a free piddle.
