plumbers in aberdeenshire - who?

I'm struggling to find a plumber who can help me move an unvented hot water tank from the cupboard at the top of the stairs to the loft.

Ive had plumbers promise to come round but never do and then plumbers who want the work but don't have the certs for a pressurised system.

Any recommendations?

You're right, it seems if the job isn't big enough then people just aren't interested. Fair enough I guess.
