Best driving roads?

Hi guys,
It's my 21st in August and instead of going out and getting s
tfaced, me and a couple mates are wanting to go on a driving tour of Scotland.
Are there any roads which you guys can suggest? Ideally I'm wanting to go the whole circumference of Scotland with the exception of anything Glasgow and South and Edinburgh etc.
The cars will be 2 civic type r's and a Corsa VXR.
