alloy radiator repair

need help

does anybody know anywhere that repairs alloy radiators ?

the person that had the car before me had the radiator fan fixed to the radiator with cable ties and is now leaking

thing that gets me is the radiator is over £1400 new and you cant get them anymore.

who in there right mind has a radiator worth that much and cable ties the radiator fan to it rather than using a radiator fan fitting kit
