Insurance for Multiple Cars

It's time for me to sort out my insurance policies, I'm in a bit of a sticky spot because I'm on the hunt for not only a good deal but also a good insurance company and that never exists haha.
At the moment I have an 'agreed valu'e policy for my Vauxhall Cavalier Turbo 4x4 simply because it's at that age where if someone happens to walk past and cough it's instantly written off. I have this policy with Markus Study via Adrian Flux.
I have a separate policy for my Monaro VXR which is with Privilege however (despite my own reservations about it) you can only use your NCB on one policy (despite the fact that you can only drive one car at a time but that's just my opinion on it).
With that in mind I will need a multicar policy, previously I've had a multicar policy for other cars with Admiral who weren't bad, but my concern is that with the Turbo being on an agreed value I may only get a "normal" policy to cover it in a multicar scenario.
Agreed value may not be worth anything anyway and so I can just get any multicar policy however it just makes me feel safe when I drive the car knowing that if an incident occurs I'd at least get a good payout.
Who are you with? Who would you recommend?
