Folks, looking for some feedback on garage floor coatings, specifically epoxy. Best brand for the money, ease of application & performance over time.

Cheers

It looks good, but even after leaving it 1 month to cure properly and that it was perfectly fine to walk on the car lifts the paint when left sitting.

If i were doing it again i would tile it! took two full days to apply two coats and 5 litres of paint, tiles are more expensive but easier and will last longer.
Lifting was a concern, which is why I thought epoxy 2-pack would be better, but seems you have some issues.

Tiles would be good, but the budget won't stretch to them as it's just under 110sqm.

Thanks for the feedback

Thanks for the info folks

The rubber/PVC flooring looks good (& I'm swaying towards it), but just thinking how do you "seal" the joints to ensure no water ingress below?

Eric,

Whilst the tiles look good & are thicker (7mm) budget doesn't stretch that far. However any moonlighting consultancy work that you might have to fund such a purchase greatly appreciated!

Did you apply on a new floor or an existing one?

was the primer a definite requirement from paint manufacturer or just good practice from your side?
