The fire near there tonight http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west... has prompted me to ask a question that I keep meaning to do!

Does anyone know the full business they do there? I always thought they were a recovery company but sometimes when you pass by it there seems to be some high end cars lying covered in dust. Has the owner got a collection or are they storage, repos or what?

Just curious!

Oh right - would have thought vehicles used in crimes like that would have been kept under cover?

They do Police contracts for lifting cars for no insurance, theft, proceeds of crime etc.

Mentioning no names, There's two cars you can see when driving past that I wouldn't want in my street never mind keeping them locked away from the lovely people who 'own' the cars. You probably know the two cars I'm talking about and they've been there a while, one of which was used in a murder. F*** that.
Drove past again today and remembered your comment - any clues to what cars?
Dark A3 ?

Passed earlier - A3 still there along side a white RS4 Estate that from what I could see, was undamaged?
Range Rover with a private "V" plate that has been there for a good while.

And, sadly, a silver Octavia taxi estate.

Every vehicle in there must have its own story, none of which are going to be particularly pleasant frown
