I don't think it's possible to justify the driving in the video and it's dangerous in many ways. My guess is the Golf driver was frustrated at how early the camera car pulled out to overtake but that's no justification for their actions.

Likely to lose their licence?

It kept my dad in work (firefighter). This particular incident happened near where I grew up and perhaps it's not the case now but there have been so many horrific accidents around that area. The worst road was the fraserburgh to peterhead one though thanks to the 9 minute club.

Long may it continue, I save loads of time in town between the hours of 9.30 and 16.00.

I thought he got off quite lightly too, thought it would be a ban for sure after they found the driver.
