Glasgow - Squinty Bridge

Just been to drop my dad at a concert at the SSE Hydro.
Bloody nightmare of traffic, very badly designed route that seems to basically be a semi circle that runs past the Hydro with lights at both ends. And traffic gridlocked all over.
But I am wondering why the Squiggly bridge hasn't been fully reopened since I assume the Commonwealth Games? They have shut off one side of the bridge so instead of it being two lanes each way, there is onky one lane.
Anyone any reason why?
