Parking for George Square tonight

Hi All,
Looking for some advice from anyone who knows Glasgow. I'm going out for dinner tonight on George Square. I've back and forthed over train or driving. Is there any decent spots for parking close by where the car will be (relatively) safe? I don't fit in multi sotrey car parks though so they're out the question
