The new big bit of hull for HMS Prince of Wales
Discussion
I saw that this big bit of hull had been loaded out on the Clyde and is headed for Rosyth.

Does anyone know the name of the barge?
I wanted to track it on " Live Ships" or something but I can't pick it out.

I've followed a couple of the previous blocks on AIS and I've never seen the barge itself been listed - only the tug(s). It should be possible to find out the name once the tow starts.
The previous block went the long way round due to inclement weather, so this bit might well do the same.
Aha, thanks. The previous block went the long way round due to inclement weather, so this bit might well do the same.

I can see it from my bedroom window.
Hey, Chunkers, if you get up one morning and you notice it's not there while you're yawning with one hand in your Ys, remember and post back here. Gassing Station | Scotland | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
