Parking Eye Notice

My Son has received a parking eye notice charge for being in the beach boulevard car park for 17min on the 19th of November

the small print states that their minimum stay is limited to 0hrs & 0min and that he has to pay £85

this doesn't make any sense at all.... if the signage states min stay time of 4hrs but yet his reg was seen in 19:25-19:42 17min

ive told him to ignore this as searching the net it seems to be the general rule on these are they are not enforceable

whats everyones thought s

basically this is a scam then

if your allowed to park for up to 4hrs but being fined after 17min with their small print stating min/max stay time is 0hr0min makes now sense

this parkingeye folk need to be reported to the BPA
