Potholes - the issues, rages and costs!

Good morning all.
As above, the holes of hell are opening all over the place, with little or no warning from day-to-day, i hit one this morning on Gorbals Street (A730) Glasgow and have punctured my passenger rear Tyre, fully expecting a slow one on the front to materialize as well.
When are the roads actually going to justify the tax we pay these people? everywhere is getting worse and worse as every winter passes.
Reported on FixMyStreet.com but expect no reply as always. Glasgow City Council are showing 197 "new" reports on this site.
