Does an '83 EFI ECU have the diagnostic port ?

Does anyone know if my series 1 350i ('83) should have the ECU diagnostics port in the loom somewhere ?

..interesting - yes forgot about wedgeneering - will re-read the section on the custom diagnostics ...I am looking at putting in some form of permanent on-board diagnostics on a panel on the dash ...
also came across this, which although Landrover-specific still gives a lot of useful stuff on the 14CU/X - according to this the 14CU (flapper) does have diag, whilst the CUX (hotwire) moved to OBD 1-compliant ...
