Hi guys n gals.
yup those blasted light pods again. Onw of my motors is fried. I've another two in various states of disrepair but not enough (or ability) to make a working one.
Any recommendations for someone to refurb them all?
Or anyone got one spare to swap for beer tokens or to lend for beer tokens till i get the others refurbed?
Cheers

I searched last night and never saw any, must stay of the Belhaven makes me blind.
I have a TR7 one in bits and another TVR wedge one in bits also. The TR7 is slightly smaller. Unfortunately the bits that are knackered are the same on all three motors so i cant make a complete new one even if i had the ability.
not too worry, i've hopefully sourced a place in Haddington that can recondition them , find out on Monday when they open.
Also, the bracket the motor attaches to was rusted, more holes than Utd's defence(Dundee Utd). So i have a guy going to furbish one for either side. If there any good i'm happy to ask if he'll do more for us, u'll post some pics once there done.
cheers

Hi guys. Its not for the MOT.
Heres a shot of the blown motor

and a shot of another one i had lying around but its blown too and is missing the gear wheel

I've a spare wiper motor from an MG but it appears a bit smaller than the wedge one.
Now that i've been fiddling about with it for a day or two the other side has a mind of it's own and rises and falls on its accord frown
Have given up for the day and gone to the pub.
Dont really know what particular bits i need as bith appear to be completely shot.
I'll try to get them reconditioned.
cheers
