Is this an upgrade worth doing just for the sake of doing it? and if so recommendations please

Can you still get spring compressors for the front spring change? if so where from?

Front for now.

According to the Bible standard spring compressors won't work on the front springs.

Yep that's what it says in the bible, just thought if there were some original ones out there I'd get myself a set

yep that definitely on one of yours.
So what are the springs off mk4/5 Cortina? and is it same for the dampers?
