The drivers door on my 350i has a lot of up and down play in the hinge. Removing the door a couple of days ago revealed the nylon bushes to be worn and no amount of adjustment can stop the door sagging. I have lived with it for a couple of years now , but it has now damaged the striker plate.
Does anyone know if these bushes are available or had them made before?

Any help would be appreciated as I have a TVR without a drivers door.

If you can make a few for beer tokens that would be fantastic, dimensions are as follows.

The long bolt which goes through the middle of the bush measures just under 13 mm, so I have assumed the diameter of E should be slightly bigger to allow to door to move freely.

I totally agree it is a 1/2 inch shaft, what size should the hole be, bearing in mine you have a grease nipple halve way up the hinge to pump grease into?

chimaera bushes are way smaller, as I found to my cost when I brought 2 earlier this week!
