Part source needed .......as usual

Hi gents,
Does anyone know of a source for the knob on the steering column that adjusts the brightness of the lights on the dash?

And secondly, I just removed my rear top section to get some work done. All three of the fasteners along the rear have turned to dust. Does anyone know what they are or can describe them? Are they carriage bolts maybe?

Thirdly, Does anyone know of a source for the interior lights on the panels on the shelf behind the seats?

Great help guys on the knob and interior lights.

Any idea on what the fastener is that holds the top to the body on the back edge? 3 of them evenly spaced?
