Hi Peeps...Just putting the framework together..There are a few points that i need your help with though...

1. The colour and model of Wedge for the logo...We had a red 350i last year...
2. I need to know numbers for the Rolling road, Auto-valet and evening meals...(Email me only please).
3. Numbers for the run-out..(Again email only).
4. I will need to also know if anyone has any food allergies or preferences...(Email)

Also need items for the raffle and charity auction..I would like to present the same charity as last year with a donation if thats okay with you..Im going to see if we can beat last years target of £1500..A £1000 of which went to charity as i had to keep some back to pay for the museum..Prizes and regalia..

And last but not least..Think about this one please..We need contenders for Wedge personality of the year...smile

Im actually trying to find some alternate accommodation for people wanting to stay and looking for hotels that are within 5 miles of the chase...I have found some including this one that has only 1 review...I pi55ed myself laughing...Check it out..

Like faulty towers. Saturday lunch, not may people in. Two miserable waitresses, one who shuffled around. The barman nearly smiled once! Or perhaps it was wind! Whilst we were served with drinks immediately we sat down, it took 25 minutes for our order to be taken. Nachos for the first course, how long should that take, surely not another 20 minutes when it consisted of nachos out of a bag, salsa out of a jar and a sprinkling of cheese......£7+ what a joke. What a shame because the main cause was good value for money and tasty, nearly changed my mind about the place, but then they charge £1.50 for credit cards...get into the real world. 10 yrs since we have been previously, will never go again!!!

Hi Peeps...I have managed to find some alternate accommodation for the BBWF 2015 weekend, They are within a few miles of the Chase and have nearly the same rates...I have managed to secure a possible discount if people stay for two nights..

This way you can still come and join in the weekends fun...It might mean a short minicab journey in the evening so that you can relax and have a drink...

Please email me directly as there are only a small number available.

Thanks...Ziga

Hi Folks

Here is the Saturday night menu...It will be £15 per head as it was last year, This can be paid to me or added to your room.

You will receive a personalised invitation on the day with a slip that will entitle you to your delicious evening meal..With i might add no restrictions on how much you can eat....Then the slip will need to be handed back to me once you have finished your meal..This is just to avoid any confusion as to who has or hasn't paid...Which happened last year...You will also be asked to comment on your food quality but this year should see the same standard as last year which i thought was 100 times better than it had been previously...The new chef was a blessing for them.

As said please let me know if you have any allergies or food restrictions...Oh and on that note please keep your eye on Paul..PK500..He ate All the cake last year....tongue out

BBWF 2015 Saturday evening dinner & Dance..(Optional)

Starter

Cold meat platter with a choice of..
Caribbean rice salad
Beetroot & Orange salad
Five bean salad
Potato salad
Coleslaw
Tomato. Mixed leaves, Cucumber

Main course

Lamb tagine
Cajun spiced white fish on a bed of stir-fry vegetable noodles
Spinach tortellini with cherry tomato sauce
Jacket potato with various fillings
Spiced couscous
Crushed new potatoes
Braised white cabbage

Dessert

Assorted yummy cake
Fruit salad
Cheese board

All this will be followed by an evenings live entertainment and a fair consumption of laughing juice....

I hope you find it appetising...There might be some variants nearer the time and i will obviously keep you in the picture.

Cheers

Hi Peeps...I have decided to send you to the Midland Air Museum for the yearly runout..Its a 30 minute drive and will cost you £5 to get in...I will probably arrange it the same way that i did the Heritage Motor Museum last year whereas you pre-pay and will be given an entry bracelet...There will also be a photo opportunity with Aircraft..I hope you like this..The push bikes should be turning left from the Chase and we will be turning right...I should also have a price list from the Auto valet soon.

Cheers

Hi Peeps...Just to let you know i have asked the hotel to possibly change the fish platter for a chicken dish so that we have two different meats...If they can include the fish as well then there will be that choice...If its either do people mind if the fish is off the menu?

Also i have sacrificed a real virgin this year to the Weather gods..(Myself...Shhh)...They stuffed us right up last year when they found out that i had sacrificed an old virgin mobile phone chip instead...whistle
So bring your cool boxes..Shades and sun block cos its gonna be a scorcher ...cool
