Evening Gents..

It has been a job on the to-do list for a while now but last weekend, the under bonnet heat shield matting finally detached it self from the bonnet...

Ive noticed a few of you have silver shielding under yours... just wondering what products you have used for this ??

I have scanned the net and found several possibltlies but not sure whether to go for the 'duct tape' type or the cut to shape matting style products..

have anyone got any tips n trick etc.. have a long weekend coming up and will be looking to do it during the wkend.. havn't wanted to drive the 350 with it like this just in case of doing damage to engine..

Cheers
Dom..

Evening all.

with an evening of good weather this evening, I thought I'd make a start fixing the under bonnet matting..

Flipped open the bonnet and found this..

I think that is kinda beyond repair... so started to remove the lot..
Anyway.. couple of hours later.. its looking like this.

Lets just hope for good weather over the next couple of days so I can take the bonnet off, fully clean and prep surface and then apply the tape...
wish me luck wink

ps.. any ideas what the 403 would have meant ?? production no. / body style etc...
