Anyone know where I can get some heavy-duty ones or do I have to make my own? Kind of like on the Hatter's machine - the heavy duty version is a largish aly block and bolted on top and bottom.

The standard ones pop out and/or snap. Bear in mind I've put 75k miles on mine now and give it some hard around roundabouts.

21 quid seems a little excessive maybe I'll just get some off the flea for a around 4 quid each. Just a matter of finding one with the right dimensions, or slightly bigger, as it can be shimmed out if necessary..

I found some cast aly Saxo ones on the flea that look promising - but I need to see one to measure it up. So to find a mate with a Saxo....

Well I didn't find the dimensions so I just bit the bullet and ordered one.

Turns out to be pretty close out of the box.

After a little fettling with the bench grinder to open up the inside this is what it looks like over a superflex bushing:

Not bad eh? I jut need to add a couple of washers or maybe shims to make it slightly taller. But it will look the dogs when fitted.

Nowhere near as clean as yours but the Saxo one is installed and looks quite neat...

The main pain in the arse was getting the extra hole drilled, oh and then getting the ARB near enough, it was sitting about 4" aft. Luckily a G clamp came to the rescue.

Well it just goes to show - you can please one of the people some of the time...

Anyhow it's solid and it's doing a good job.
