I took the newly refurbed 400 to work yesterday, it's a 130 mile round trip! 
The performance is hugely improved. Mid range urge is of the "how the
did I get to be going this fast, this soon?" variety now, even though I'm still running it in! I'm serious, the throttle response is just electric!
But the best bit by far is the new level and quality of the noise! Wowowowowowow! Hard, mean, gurgling howling. The beast always used to turn heads, but last night I actually made someone drop their bag of chips in terror as I squirted through Belper!
Just a bit more running in to do, and then its off for the new shocks, MOT, tune up and LE MANS!

Yup, I'm trying to sort out a session for next month. (time and money allowing!)
I wouldn't know what to guess as to current power output. It is a lot more powerful than it was before, and certainly much quicker than my old Chimaera 4.3!
I am actually quite shocked at the improvement.
