PHEA Run: Three Counties Breakfast Run - Sunday 28th July
Discussion
Afternoon all!
With a couple of weeks to go, I wish to announce the meeting details for our next Event: The Three Counties Breakfast Run
As the name suggests, we shall be taking on the challenge of driving in THREE Counties during one Run, and it will also be at a VERY early hour to avoid the Summer traffic.
Our meeting place will be the Sainsbury's in Thetford at 5:30am - YES you read that correctly: Half past five in the morning
MAP LINK HERE
We shall depart by 6am before embarking on the route, ending at The Angel Pub in Larling.
Food details will be forth coming, but suffice to say that a Full English will be on offer
As ever with Runs, all are welcome; seasoned veteran or complete newbie in whatever your P & J may be
All information and route maps will be handed out on the day.
If you fancy joining us for our First Ever Three Counties Breakfast Run, then all you have to do is add you name to this thread.
Alternatively, you can email me or sign up on our Facebook Page.

Well what a fantastic morning!
Thank you to everyone for turning out for the first ever Three Counties Breakfast Run
This fantastic turn out, despite the almost ridiculous start time
We couldn't have asked for better weather! As per the idea, the roads were largely empty, which made
enjoyable roads even better! Then of course I look in my mirror to see an excellent array of lovely machinery following made the early start worth while! And then there are the people within. A good few newbies joined us as well as seasoned veterans - should anyone want to be added to the PHEA Mailing List, then please PM me.
A truly great day!
A big Thank You must go to both Ian (SLK) and Paul (Porsche Turbo) for their help with a bit of route planning and the pub organisation.
Sorry to hear we had a breakdown. Hopefully it will be an easy fix
As for my EPC warning light....Upon leaving the pub, this was joined by the engine management light. A quick query on PH has revealed it could be the CAT or a sensor. Roll on tomorrow to get this sorted.
As ever, feedback is always welcome, whether positive or negative. It just helps us improve members' experiences for next time
Ian, why do you point out I was early? Sounds like you're implying I'm occasionally late?!
Great photos, too!
Here's another shock....record time for my photo upload!
My photos can be FOUND HERE
However I have to post this one with SlartyBartfast's young co-pilot's "Comment of the day".
"Is that man having a wee?"
Next up, Helmingham Hall - PH Thread HERE
