Good Afternoon.

Would anyone be able to recommend a detailer/company to carry out a detail and paint/wheel protection on a new car in the Saffron Walden/Cambridge area please? A model specific forum I frequent recommended someone but the likely cost would be upwards of £400 once travel was included though I am sure the results would be fantastic. I would like to keep costs below £300 ideally.

The dealer where I am likely to get it serviced said they could do something for about £200 but I think this would most likely be the Autoglym Lifeshine which I could probably have a crack at myself.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks

Alex

Hopefully, Bury St Edmunds might not be too far away for you. Try
looking up CleanMe on Detailing World - some passionate guys who'll
give you great value for money! However, it should be about the
protection as well as the looks...

Steve
Thanks Steve, I will check them out as Bury is probably feasible just about. Have you had them work on your car?

Thanks for the advice - after a good chat this morning with the guys at Clean Me in Bury they seem really switched on and can accommodate what I am after so it has been booked in with them next Friday. It should therefore be gleaming for the show at Kimbolton on the Sunday (providing the local wildlife life doesn’t relieve itself on it in between then).

Thanks

Alex

Hi Steve,

Very pleased indeed. Mark did a cracking job and fortunately it had just about dried out on Friday evening when I left so it didn’t get too dirty before I returned home. Thanks for recommending him.

Cheers

Alex
