PHEA Run: Three Counties Breakfast Run - Sunday 20th July
Discussion
Afternoon all!
A little over a couple of weeks to go, and the Kimbolton Show looking to be a good one, I wish to announce the details for our next Event: The Three Counties Breakfast Run
As the name suggests, we shall be taking on the roads of THREE Counties during one Run, it starting early in the morning to avoid avoid the Summer traffic.
Our meeting point will be the Sainsbury's in Thetford at 5:30am - YES you read that correctly: Half past five in the morning
MAP LINK HERE
We shall depart by 6am and, after a couple of rest stops, end at The Angel Pub in Larling at approximately 9:30am.
As with last year, fellow PHEA Member B'stardChild has used his pub owner contact to kindly organise a Full English for us
As ever with Runs, all are welcome in whatever your P & J may be
All information and route maps will be handed out on the day.
If you fancy joining us for our Three Counties Breakfast Run, then all you have to do is add you name to this thread.
Could also please indicated how many of you will having breakfast: (#)

I know some of you "participated" last year but for those that didn't and get the urge to turn the alarm clock off at the silly O'clock time required to be at the start - my advice is Don't.... clicky for last years event
I have 7 addition people (those who haven't posted on here, too) who have added their name to the Facebook Event, but no definitive word on breakfast numbers I have emailed Rob197 as he seems to have disappeared off the list, too

I'd like to thank everyone who turned out for another highly enjoyable Run.
Great automotive sights, wonderful human company very warm weather and relatively empty roads made for an exciting morning.
Breakfast was great too! Thank to The Angel for again hosting us
Further thanks to Ian for not only playing convoy caboose, but indeed sorting out the breakfast stop
Lots a newbies and seasoned vets' in a wide range of vehicles made for an excellent (and noisy!) convoy across the Three Counties
I think I may alter the route again when near the Services stop, but I hope the route was enjoyable for you all.
As ever, positive and negative feedback is always welcome.
Ziontrain: I'm so sorry to hear about your unfortunate incident. A bit cliche, but it metal can be replaced. I wish you all the best. I would suggest that, if you can, get back out on the road as soon as you can to build up confidence once again. It's happened to many of us, so we can relate. Hope to catch up with you soon.
Just sorting through the photos, which I will post in good time.
Next up will be Helmingham Hall, a PHEA Thread for which will appear VERY soon.
Thank you all again.
