PHEA MEET: Snetterton Summer Wednesday - 20th May
Discussion
Morning all!
Time for our Second ever SSW Meet! This month, it's on Wednesday 20th May.
As before, it's basically an opportunity for petrolhead individuals and clubs to get together, creating a large car show, where track time is also available
As with each SSW, it will begin around 6pm and end at 9-10pm, dependent on light and weather.
Fasteddys will again arrange the location of our Club Stand - the most likely place for the PHEA Area will again be over by the Cafe, but keep an eye out for Fasteddys branded truck and of course the PHEA Banner.
We'll meet at the venue.
Entry is FREE for the viewing public and show attendees, but track time will incur costs.
Track time is also subject to usual track day necessities: long leg & sleeve clothing, helmets, signing on, safety briefing and noise testing.
It's all booked through MSV, their links below.
Tyrells Cafe will be open for business.
Movement on site is permitted, so you are free to arrive and leave whenever you wish, but please adhere to the site speed limits and watch for pedestrians.
Further Details of these Events can be found the SSW Facebook Page HERE and the MSV Website HERE
To give us a rough idea of numbers to help us arrange the Club Stand, could you please add your name to the list starting on this thread.
You can of course email me, should you wish
So please Join us for the second of this Brand New PHEA Meet for 2015
We look forward to seeing you.
Darren

Slightly belated, but my thanks to all those who turned out for another successful SSW evening!
Thank you Eddy for again sorting out our pitch - that spot is perfect
Wonderful to catch up with the usual suspects, and it was great meet to a few new faces, too. Please check out our PHEA Website for an idea of what we do, and message me an email address should you wish to be added to my Mailing List
I'm so glad the weather held. I still haven't got round to watching any track action, more milling around the stand to chat with everyone. If I missed you, I will endeavour to rectify that next time!
Oh, and thanks for everyone's patience while I attempted a parking plan of action - it failed, though!
Finally, CLICK HERE for my PHOTOS.
Next Event is the returning Three Counties Breakfast Run, being held on Sunday 7th June. I shall be posting details very soon.
The Next SSW is a week later than usual, being on Wednesday 24th June.
Hope to see you all again soon!
