Does himself no favours and I raised this last year when I witnessed it.
His reasoning last time was that the supercar owners don't want to come down because they can't get parked.
There are two clear and simple ways to fix this:
1) Tell said "supercar" owners to get there early like the rest of us do. Just because they have a flash car doesn't mean they should get any better or preferential treatment than any other LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMER!
2) If he knows a select number of supercars are coming then to one off and reserve a number of places for them that will remain reserved until a designated time.
If they have not arrived when that time has been met then the spaces should be opened up for the rest of the LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMERS!
The guys with the eclectic mix of cars that people actually come to see are the guys that get there at 8am and are the ones paying full price for breakfasts month after month. Most of which bring friends along who also end in buying breakfast.
Despite our lower cost cars, we don't go for the free cake.
My fiancée makes better cake anyway

I think the monthly event is superb. It's always something I look forward to and try and make as many as possible.
I also appreciate it takes a lot of organising of which largely is done well.
As said, it wouldn't take much to fix these little gripes that cause things like this such as reserving space for the fancy cars until an allotted timeframe. However can also see how it must feel to guys who have made the effort to get there early in their pride & joy only to be requested to park elsewhere.
I guess the bottom line is, it's up to the pubs discression who they allow to park there, just a shame as it leaves a bad taste with people who would otherwise be spending money there.

I think it's safe to say that everyone here loves coming to The Hare for the meets. We all know it's regularly a great turnout and even when it's chucking it down, the hardcore of us still make the effort. Most of us order breaky of some sort and a good chunk of us bring friends along too. We ALL put money into the till.
We all know the carpark is small, we all know the drill. Everyone who goes knows this and anyone that gets recommended to go gets told to be there early as the carpark fills quickly. So we make the effort and get there early.
However it's difficult to praise and promote a pub to friends with (in our opinion) "proper drivers cars" when they may also make the effort to go and get turned away.
Do you really turn away that many lads in their Corsas with big exhausts? Probably not, because by and large this really isn't their scene.
So I think the fear of it becoming overrun with crap cars is quite unlikely. But what's more likely is that unhappy petrolheads go away and tell others of their bad experience with the management and you lose business as a result.
What happens If every Porsche in Essex decided to arrive?
Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Porsche fan, but people wouldn't be attracted to it if it were just Porsches for example.
It's the mix of cars that get people going, because you never know what you're going to get, and that's what we all love about it. Where else would you get to be parked between a mini and an F40?
I suggested the possible reservation of spaces for said Supercar/Special car owners until a designated time slot. If they're as much petrolheads as the rest of us then they will make the effort to get there on time and this problem goes away.
However as it stands, it's difficult to reason with a dictatorship of what constitutes as a nice car. I own an Impreza which by and large are common as muck. Mine mostly looks the same as any other too. However with just under 600bhp under the bonnet and a fully reworked interior and chassis it's not your average Impreza.
In fact is quicker than most of Supercars there and always draws attention.
Maybe the next ordinary car that gets turned away may have something serious lurking under the bonnet?
You never know
I personally will continue to look forward to, and make the effort to go and enjoy the meets there until I'm no longer allowed to park.
