So it would appear the 50 limit and roadworks have finally disappeared leaving us with a few gantries with the familiar square displays over each lane, and some big black screens on a pole over the hard shoulder in other places.
What's the deal? Are they specs or digital speed cameras? And more inportantly, are they live? Saw one going bats
