Forged wheel refinishing recommendations, Essex
Discussion
Evening gents,
Looking at getting a set of forged wheels refinished.
I don't want my pants pulled down but also happy to pay for a pukka job.
Heard all sorts of horror stories from supposed reputable wheel places like Lepsons and the like.
I really have no idea who to use these days.
Paint or powdercoat?
They're also a funky colour which is called RAYS Diamond Black. RAYS obviously don't release the colour codes so would need to get it matched.
If anyone can point me in the direction of someone to do a quality job, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

2 individual friends spring to mind.
One had a set of Impreza wheels done and it took them numerous times to get right.
Poor finish and colour match between rims.
Another also took a set of Skyline wheels of which they also had to be sent back more than once to try and get them right. I appreciate that is a vague answer but I'll ask those guys and get you an exact answer on what was wrong.
