Fancy/weddingday car hire (transport) in Essex/London ?

Does anyone know any fancy car hire places in Essex and/or London ? Not to self-drive, but as in a taxi service.

We just went to see my wife's gran who's 99 years old, and she stated that before she dies so wants to go to the top of the Shard in London.

So we were thinking of trying to go up there in a nice Bentley or something or like a wedding-hire car, but it has to be easy to get in/out for a nearly 100 year old :-D

Would be for 5 adults. Anyone any tips/experiences ?
