Scratch and dent / alloy wheel repair Essex

Hi london and Essex PHers, I need some help!

I bought a shiny new Leon Cupra 280 last week and so far I've had one twit wander out in front of me causing me to swerve and scuff my nearside front alloy on the curb and a day after my neighbour wanged his car door into the fold of that same wheel's arch and dent it/remove the paint. I want these fixed and my motor looking pristine again - any suggestions where I can either or both done well and at a reasonable price within 10 miles of the Buckhurst Hill/Loughton/Walthamstow area please?
