Decent welder near Billericay?

Suspension A-Arm.
I need the welds that hold a metal plate in place ground off.
The plate repositioned by 5mm and then welded back.
A mixture of seam and tack welds.

Not a huge job but it needs to be accurate and because it's a suspension part and the plate is structural, properly done.

I also need 16 bushings to be tacked in place.

Any suggestions - obviously I can go beyond Billericay but the nearer the better.
