Morning commute on the M3
Discussion
Can anyone help with regards to traffic levels and the M3?
We are thinking about moving to the Fleet area and so my new commute would be to join the M3 at junction 4a and then leave at junction 1 i.e I go under the M25. I tend to arrive at work at 8am so would look to leave home at before 7.00, say 6.50 and join at junction 4a just after 7.00. Would I be joining a car park but this time?

I get on the M3 at Bracknell and head into Teddington every morning, the M3 is very busy leading up to the M25 but after that it is pretty much what I would call a perfect motorway. This is with me joining it at about 0830, not sure what it's like earlier but it's the M25 that causes most of the delays.
Thank you for your reply. Sounds like the A3! Very busy around the M25 which is a car park at 7.40 when I go over. What time do you head back to Bracknell and is the M3 busy then?
You mean this!
