Live in Surrey? Want Evo (and other magazines) for free?

I rather thought I knew what a library did, but in a dull moment on a train, I had a look at the latest email Surrey Libraries sent me....
It turns out they have a Magazine Subscription service through which you can download a whole bunch of magazines (Evo, Mountain Bike Rider, Digital Camera World, The Economist and, er, Cross Stitch Collection, to name but a few) which are actually worth having (and also Cross Stitch Collection!) to phones, laptops & tablets for free!
I was rather chuffed with this discovery, as it's going to save me a fair few quid every year, so I thought I'd pass it on in here.
The only downside I've discovered is that I've not been able to figure out a way of subscribing for free through the library login directly on my ipad, so be careful not to end up paying for something you can get free through the library! Going in through a web browser to select titles and then have them appear in your browser app isn't exactly a show stopper though.
