Anyone need a washing machine? I am clearing my mother's bungalow after she passed away last year and there's a Hotpoint washing machine that's almost as good as new. She bought it in 2008 but mostly her cleaner used to take her stuff away to wash and bring it back. It's heavy and a hassle to take to the tip, the council charge £30 to collect, and I can't be bothered to sell it on eBay. Seems daft to trash it so I wondered if charities take white goods or even if someone here wants it they can have it...

OK, never done that I'll search it out on Google. smile

Had a quick look and there's a Windsor and Maidenhead section so that's where it's going. Thanks...

Any idea of max spin speed & load capacity?
Fecking hell, take it or don't. Sort of responce I'd expect from freecycle.
biglaugh Is that what it's like? I signed up and had to be moderated, now the advert is up I think that's being moderated too. Worse than Pistonheads for moderators.

p.s. No idea about the speeds - it's a white one. smile

p.p.s. I'm round there tomorrow so I'll have a look. My wife threw the instructions away but I'm sure you can download them from Hotpoint web site.
