External rendering

Hi we have a wall that needs re-rendering, a rather large piece has just fallen off and I expect the remaining isn't in good shape.

The wall is on the boundary with the neighbour's property and easily accessed.

The wall is 8m long and 2 storey, no windows, just Thermalite blocks.

We are in Fleet, does anyone have any contacts for this work.
I'm guessing it's not covered by insurance.
