G40 advice please
Discussion
Hi All - I am new to this forum I am afraid, but looking for some general advice. I am thinking of getting a G40, possibly 2 litre, to race in a combination of endurance races but also a few sprint races. My logic is that it well suited to both (I believe), is cheap to run (comparatively!) and is eligible for many different series.
Would people with more Ginetta experience than me (i.e. any experience whatsoever) agree with this approach? Is there anything I should be careful of? I am keen to get out of a front wheel drive race into a rear wheel drive car.
Thanks in advance for any tips!

I know that car and it has been optimised for endurance racing (Britcar) so all the mods required for reliability and driveability and refuelling etc have been done. Most other G40s for sale will need these mods doing.
Its a good car and is well worth a look. Ask Simon for a track session in it with you to familiarise yourself with it (He's a driver coach)
