G40R - Amazing crash survivability.
Today a ford people carrier rear ended my G40R. I was rolling along at a slow walking pace and was hit in the rear in a 50 limit. The other driver tells me was 35 ish, Apparently they did not see the bright orange car, slow almost to a stop for a cyclist because there where looking at a dead bird in the hedgerow.
Why am I telling you all this? Basically because I can. Currently i'm stiff and mightily pissed off. When I think of all the fun stuff I have driven over the years most of it would have left me with a trip to casualty as a minimum in a similar event and I shudder to think how i would have faired in the 7 clone or bike.

First you must get a Ginetta G40 specialist to assess the car. Do not go to your insurers local body shop. Who are G40 specialists? Race teams the run GRDC, Junior and GT5 cars. These guys regularly fix up race damaged cars and know them inside out.
