opinions on rust underneath focus

had its latest MOT this month and passed with no advisories.
taxed until September
also has FSH
I've had one good look and going back for another look and drive before buying.
HPI through AA came back spotless and everything matches up.
couple of small dings and scratches mainly around the drivers handle where keys have brushed against the body, nothing major.
rubber seal in the bottom section of boot hatch has a tear in.
the purpose of this thread is just to get some opinions on the amount of rust underneath, I've only ever bought new cars so used to seeing spotless metal everywhere.

06 plate so 8 years (well guessed pistom) 70k miles
always fancied a focus but only liked the MK2 so I have to buy used anyway.
I just don't want any nasty bills from rust.
