Current model Fiesta ST - Real World MPG?

Calling all owners of Fiesta ST's

I'm considering a Fiesta ST as a daily driver. What sort of MPG are you getting? Is 40mpg achievable on a run? I could live with an average of around 35mpg.

Also does the car need super or can it be run on regular unleaded?

Thanks for all the replies. Looks like the fuel economy is perfectly acceptable for a daily driver.
